Metal cabinets for classified documents 

In Poland we have two guidelines for certification of cabinets for storage of classified documents. Guidelines the Council of Ministers which is mandatory for all institutions operating in Polish excluding entities subordinated to the Ministry of National Defence - there are valid his requirements.

Meet the requirements for storage of classified documents contained in the Decree of the Council of Ministers dated 29.05.2012 concerning the physical security measures used to protect classified information.

 In the group of cabinets for confidential documents we have cabinets that meet the following requirements: 

- cabinets clas s A, type 1

- cabinets class S1, type 2 

- cabinets class S2, type 3 

- cabinets class 0, type 4 

 They have a certificates of the Institute of Precision Mechanics, reliable and secure locking system, doors locked from the four corners
 Shelf load capacity - 50 kg

 Door opening angle 0 - 90°.
 Standard colors:

- gray No. 7035 according to RAL palette

 Equipment options for all cabinets:

Metal cabinets class A, type 1  They are used in any office to store confidential documents, personal records and other important documents. Metal cabinets for confidential, secret and top secret documents meet the requirements specified in the Ordinance No. 59/MON of the Minister of National Defense of December 2017 and 46/MON of December 2013.

 Metal cabinets class A – for confidential documents. These are cabinet models as at "Parameters of cabinets grade A type 1", however, a key lock must be present in their closing, it cannot be replaced by a mechanical or electronic combination lock. 
 Metal cabinets c lass B – for secret documents.Made of steel sheet thickness of 3 mm, for use as a personal filing cabinets. Equipped with a two certified locks grade B: key lock and combination lock.

 Metal cabinets class C  – for top secret documents. Made of two layers of steel sheet with a total thickness of 4.5 mm. Similarly to class B cabinets, the lock is made with two Class B locks, a key lock and a mechanical combination lock, in these models the combination lock is protected against radiological x-rays.
