Offices doors

Manufactured in accordance with the requirements for the door to the storage of classified documents contained in the Council of Ministers regulation dated 29.05.2012, and Ordinance No. 57 and 58/MON of December 2011.

Security doors class RC4, are made in accordance with the standards PN90/B-92270 and PN-EN 1627: 2011.

 Doors and frames are made entirely of galvanized steel.

Made in any size.

Layer doors are made of steel sheet thickness of 1.5 or 2.0 mm (depending on the classification of the room). Welded frame construction, reinforced basis of bent profiles, the space between the profiles filled with mineral wool. Seals on all four edges. Leaf on the three ball bearing hinges ø22. Standard equipped with a threshold of 20 mm height. From the hinge door are locked with three constants bolts.

- Central key lock grade 7 according PN-EN 12209:2005

- Combination lock grade B (S&G 8560) according PN-EN 1300

- C rail or angular frame with a thickness of 3 mm

- Protective sealing

- Single leaf or double leaf door

- Possibility to making in a fireproof EI60 version (optional)

- Leaf weight without additional equipment: 40 to 45 kg/m²

Doors can be finished in four types of surface:

- Powder coated in any color from the RAL palette

- PVC woodlike veneer <models PVC veneer>

- Decorated with MDF (6 or 10 mm) <models MDF>

- Decorated oak veneer (6 or 10 mm) <models oak veneer>

- Resistance to corrosion - category C3 according to PN-EN ISO 12944-2: 2001

- Waterproof - class 3A according to PN-EN 12208: 2001

- Sound insulation - Rw = 40 dB according to PN-EN ISO 717-1: 1999

- Thermal transmittance – 2,2 UW (W/m2 x K) according to PN-EN ISO10077-1: 2007

- Air permeability - class 4 according to PN-EN 12207: 2001
